Jeffery and Wilkes

The company was set up by Jon Jeffery & Greg Wilkes back in March 2001
With Jon Jeffery being a roofer by trade & Greg Wilkes a carpenter, they quickly became a great team carrying out loft conversions.

They soon gained a reputation for competitive prices & quality built lofts & the demand for their services grew & grew.
They expanded gradually & always had the philosophy that the best & most loyal employees were ones trained as apprentices.

They worked hard alongside the Construction Industry Training Board & employed & trained new recruits, who were all molded to their style & way of working. 
After years of intensive training & education, they now have a fantastic team of employees.

The teams they now have are contributing to the growing success of the company. They are proud to have every single trade working directly for the company, which in turn expanded the services they could now offer clients.

Jon & Greg became project managers & now successfully focus their attention on delivering quality loft conversions & extensions on a regular basis.

As part of the natural growth of the company, they were invited to tender for works with Ealing & Harrow council. This firstly involved disabled adaptations, but then became involved with them in larger projects: extensions & large office conversions.

In 2008 they decided to launch the company Eco Lofts & exhibited at the Grand Designs Live Exhibition at the London Excel. Interest was huge, that a specialist loft company could now deliver Eco products to their clients.
They are constantly trying to be greener in the products they select & aim to recycle much of their waste, even when they are not working on Eco projects.

In 2010 they gained their "Investors In People" accreditation. This was now the best recognition they could receive that all the years of working hard to develop our employees was now reaping rewards.

In the future they are aiming to gain larger public sector contracts & continue to deliver quality lofts & extensions for our ever growing client list.
